Description
MDU80/P-TB castors have a highly durable solid steel, swivel plate frame finished with a double layer of zinc coating for maximum protection, with a large double bearing head race which provides free swivelling when under load.
The brake is a total brake, meaning it locks both the wheel & the swivel function at the same time. The large nylon brake pedal allows for easy on/off operation.
The 80mm diameter wheel has a non-marking, long lasting polyurethane tread on a nylon wheel centre with a internal roller bearing, These wheels have a high cut & tear propagation resistance, coupled with great abrasion resistance making these a real hard working/wearing combination. Meaning they can be used on most types of floors.
These have a weight capacity of 180kg each, are resistant to common chemicals & oils, making them ideal for workshops, warehouses, production lines, food processing & engineering applications.
These castors can function competently between temperatures of -40°C up to +90°C
