4. Delivery of Goods


4.1 Delivery of orders to the customer shall be deemed to have occurred when the
goods leave Wheelco’s warehouse, whether through click & collect by the customer
or through delivery via a courier company , regardless of whether the courier has
been arranged by the customer or by the Company.


4.2 Freight charges may vary from North Island to South Island or by region – this
includes both online or phone orders. In extreme cases where freight charges are
more than expected , the Company reserves the right to either liaise directly with the
customer for confirmation to despatch or process a refund.


4.3 Wheelco may deliver the goods through multiple packages , each package may
be invoiced and paid for separately in accordance with the provisions in these terms
and conditions.


4.4 The failure to deliver any items shall not entitle either party to treat this purchase
as repudiated.


4.5 Wheelco shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever to either the
customer or any other third party.


4.6 Wheelco will ensure all goods are delivered within reasonable time frames .
Wheelco not be liable for any losses suffered by the customer or any other party as a
result of goods not being delivered within these anticipated timeframes.


4.7 The customer shall be responsible for the safe unloading of these goods at the
destination point. The Company will not be liable for any associated costs in the safe
unloading of these items or be liable for any costs should a delivery not be accepted
and requiring redelivery.
