200mm Urethane Castor - Swivel Plate - 400kg Capacity

Description

BHU200/P Castor has a heavy duty pressed steel frame - zinc plated, twin head race ball bearings with a swivel head seal and a plate mount. Smooth swivelling action, minimum swivel head play and smooth rolling characteristic leading to increased service life due to the special dynamic Blickle riveting process. 

The 200mm grey urethane wheel is a non-marking heavy duty urethane on a impact resistant Nylon 6 rim with a internal Roller bearing. The urethane is chemically-bonded to the wheel centre resulting in an inseparable connection. This wheel also has a very high resistance to chemicals, oils & abrasions, while also having a very low rolling & swivel resistance, making them a breeze to use under load. 

These have a weight capacity of 400kg each making them ideal for heavy warehouse trolleys, frame & truss trolleys, production trolleys and engineering applications. 

These castors can function competently between temperatures of -25°C up to +70°C
