Description
LKU125/P-TB Castor has a heavy duty pressed steel frame - zinc plated, twin head race ball bearings with a swivel head seal and a plate mount. Smooth swivelling action, minimum swivel head play and smooth rolling characteristic leading to increased service life due to the special dynamic Blickle riveting process.
The brake is a total brake, meaning it locks both the wheel & the swivel function at the same time. The large steel brake pedal allows for easy on/off operation.
The 125mm grey urethane wheel is a non-marking heavy duty urethane on a impact resistant Nylon 6 rim with a internal ball bearing. The urethane is chemically-bonded to the wheel centre resulting in an inseparable connection. This wheel also has a very high resistance to chemicals, oils & abrasions, while also having a very low rolling & swivel resistance, making them a breeze to use under load.
These have a weight capacity of 350kg each making them ideal for heavy warehouse and engineering applications such as timber/stacking dolly's, heavy workbenches and gear needing to sit on these 24/7.
These castors can function competently between temperatures of -20°C up to +70°C
